Shipping Costs 

Pilot Stuff prides itself on providing fair and reasonably priced shipping costs for our consumer base. Our shipping costs are entirely based on the size and the weight of the item and product. We also utilize a state-of-the-art shipping calculator that determines the shipping costs within your shopping cart. Pilot Stuff offers free shipping to 48 out of the 50 states within the United States. Only Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Pilot Stuff's free shipping. When it comes to shipping your products safely and quickly, Pilot Stuff recommends utilizing UPS when it comes to shipping products across the country. 

International Shipping 

Pilot Stuff strives to meet the demand of all of our customers all around the world. While we only ship to a limited number of countries, we pride ourselves on fulfilling all of your shipping needs no matter where you live or reside. For our international shipping, Pilot Stuff utilizes UPS International for all of your charges and fees. It should also be understood that any and all duties, tariffs, and even taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Return Policy 

Like every business, Pilot Stuff has a set return policy for our products and inventory. Pilot Stuff offers its consumer base thirty days to return any items bought for a full refund, with the exception of any shipping charges incurred to and from your location. In order to be eligible for a return, our customers must have their return authorization number, RA for short. To receive the full refund, the item must be in new condition with its original packaging. This allows us to know that the item was broken or misused before it was originally purchased from our website. Our return policy is strict, with no room for any leeway.
